In Level One you’ll learn how to clear the dirty energy you’re carrying around, master some basic healing techniques to repair the damage, and practise how to protect yourself from the unwanted energies you encounter every day (including other people's moods and emotions)- in the office, while shopping, even at home.

What you’ll learn in Level One

• Clearing negative energy (lifting your moods)
• Protection techniques (stop yourself being affected by other people's moods and dramas)
• Grounding skills (help decision making and energy levels. Centre yourself so you don't get tripped into doing things you don't want to do)                                                                                                                 
• Breathing techniques (for relaxation and to dissipate pain)
• Chakra clearing (what chakras do and how you can assist them. Clean up your power)
• Unplug drains of energy (stop your energy leaking or dissipating away. Manage your energy budget)
