Relaxing Soaks

Aches and Pains

Aching muscles and joints can be soothed by a therapeutic soak in Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate) and pure essential oils. Magnesium sulphate is absorbed through the skin and is used for relaxation, stress relief and to draw out toxins. It sedates the nervous system, helps to reduce swelling and relaxes muscles.

Bath Soak

Take the phone off the hook. Light a nice candle away from flammable materials. Dissolve 1/2 cup of Epsom Salts in a bath of warm water.  Add 6-8 drops of Lavender oil. Pour yourself in and relax for 20 minutes.

Foot Soak

Dissolve 1/4 cup of Epsom Salts in a large stainless steel bowl of warm water. Add 2 drops Lavender, 2 drops Tea Tree, 2 drops Peppermint and 2 drops Sage oils. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes.

Don't use a plastic bowl because the essential oils can dissolve the fillers.

Hand Soak

Dissolve 1/4 cup Epsom Salts in a stainless steel bowl of warm water. Add 3-4 drops of Lavender oil. Soak your hands for 15-20 minutes.

Sprays

Room Deodorizer

Fill a 50ml spray bottle with filtered or pure spring water. Add 5-10 drops of Tea Tree and 5-10 drops of Eucalyptus or Lemon. Shake to mix, and spray around the room as a deodorizer and for its anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. Great for the home and office.

Pillow Spray

Fill a 50ml glass bottle with filtered or pure spring water. Add 5-10 drops of Lavender and 5-10 drops of Rosemary (Don't use Rosemary if you are pregnant, have epilepsy of high blood pressure). Spritz your pillow lightly each night before retiring and enjoy your restful sleep.

Use Lavender spray to help you get to sleep and Rosemary to help you stay asleep and put an end to bad dreams.

Bath and Massage Oils

Half fill a 50ml bottle with a carrier such as Jojoba, Sweet Almond or Olive Oil. Add  an a desired blend of essential oils and top up the rest of your bottle with the carrier. Put the lid on and shake to mix.

Romantic Dream Bath Oil

Add up to 20 drops of Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Mandarin and Rose  combined

Breathe Easy

Add up to drops of Eucalyptus, Lavenderand Cypress combined

Lift Your Mood

Add up to 20 drops of Lavender, Ylang, Ylang, Geranium and Rose combined
