Ventilation
Essential oils are highly concentrated so use appropriate doses and ensure adequate room ventilation.
Patch Test
Prior to using topically, put a few drops of any new product infused with oil on the back of your wrist or inside forearm. If any irritation, itching or redness occurs, bathe the area with cold water. Discontinue use or reduce the concentration used as appropriate.
